Just wondering if I apply a Minor Rune of lets say Earth magic to some armor. Can I later replace that minor rune with a Major one.

As in will the minor one replace the minor, or can only one rune be applied ever?

Applying a major rune onto a piece of armor with a minor rune will overwrite the minor rune with the major. Just like dyes, the latest one applied rules the roost.
